Ndumiso Zwane has over 12 years of experience in all aspects of employment and labour law. Experience he acquired at a major South African law firm and in private practice.
Focusing on assessing and managing his clients’ employment related issues and risks, he provides guidance to companies across all sectors. This includes national and multinational companies, mining houses, parastatals and various government departments.
He chairs disciplinary and grievance hearings, including those flowing from forensic reports, and advises clients on Section 189 processes.
Furthermore, Ndumiso represents executives in dismissals and unfair labour practice cases.
He has appeared at the Marikana Commission of Enquiry and the Zondo Commission of Enquiry and has been appointed as acting judge of the Labour Court from time to time.
Ndumiso also advises on all aspects of mine and occupational health and safety.
