Nombulelo Myeni focuses on labour and employment law. Her experience ranges from drafting legal opinions, employment contracts, and litigation pleadings to assisting employers with developing and implementing various workplace policies.
She offers employers specialised employment law advice across all sectors of the economy on, among others, strike -related dismissals, retrenchment processes, unfair dismissals, unfair labour practice disputes, section 197 transfers, and sexual harassment disputes.
In addition, she represents employers in internal disciplinary inquiries as well as at the CCMA, bargaining councils and the Labour Court. Nombulelo also chairs disciplinary inquiries.
