Sibongiseni Masina focuses on general, commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution based on breaches of contracts, including civil litigation, arbitrations, and court procedures in the lower and higher courts.

 

With broad corporate experience, she assist clients in various industries on matters including employment law and banking law. She is proficient in legal research, drafting court applications and legal opinions.
