Tricia Tsoeu advises clients on all employment law-related issues, including dismissals, restructuring, changes to terms and conditions of employment, collective bargaining and disciplinary hearings proceedings.
She also focuses on litigation in the CCMA and Labour Court in respect of unfair dismissals, unfair labour practice, and restraint of trade applications.
