Melanie is skilled in the areas of environmental law, administrative law, and constitutional law.

 

Melanie is the Chairperson and an Executive Committee Member of the Environmental Law Association of SA, as well as an Associate Professor at the Institute of Marine and Environmental Law where she lectures Environmental Law, Pollution Law, and Natural Resources Law and conducts research on climate change law and governance issues, including the just transition.
