Jason is an associate in the firm’s public interest team at Lawtons Africa, with experience across a spectrum of law, including dispute resolution, labour and employment law, commercial law, corporate transactions, and human rights litigation.

His practice spans commercial disputes, employment and labour law, and corporate advisory work. He has represented clients in arbitration proceedings, regulatory investigations, and complex contractual disputes before courts and tribunals at all levels.  In this regard, Jason has acted for and advised clients across a range of sectors and high-profile matters, including financial services, healthcare, mining, energy and chemicals, logistics, fast food and consumer-facing markets. 

 

On the transactional side, he has advised clients with on corporate restructuring, complex commercial lease agreements and franchising agreements.​
