Melissa Leibowitz focuses on the registration of mortgage and notarial bonds and the drafting of complex collateral documents for commercial, residential and development finance purposes. She advises on and prepares debt security documentation, acting for the large corporate banks in South Africa.

 

Her practice includes all aspects of conveyancing work, including mortgage bonds, servitudes, lease audits, home loans, pre-sale audits, releases, special and general notarial bonds to name a few.
