In light of the State of Disaster in South Africa due to the COVID-19 virus the Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng has issued directives which contain measures adopted by the Heads of Court to curb the spread of the virus in all courts in the country (please see link below).

Labour Court & CCMA
In light of the State of Disaster in South Africa due to the COVID-19 virus the office of the Judge President has issued an urgent directive in respect of access to the Labour and Labour Appeal Courts in light of COVID 19. In addition, the CCMA has issued an urgent notice in respect of access measures the CCMA is taking. This impacts pending and new referrals (please see links below).
We will obviously strictly abide by these directives and while these measures are disruptive to existing and new referrals, to the CCMA and to the labour courts, we will obviously work with you, on a case by case basis, to ensure that the disruption has as little impact on your business as possible.
