We, Lawtons Inc. trading as Lawtons Africa, are bound by the Legal practice Act No 28 of 2014 (“LPA”). In terms of the LPA there are strict rules and regulations that we adhere to in terms of handling Trust monies. We confirm that Lawtons Africa maintains and balances its Trust accounts on a monthly basis, and these do not form part of Lawtons Africa’s assets and are separately accounted for.
